Emotion Code is the simplest and easiest way to remove emotional baggage from your body that has built up over time. When trapped emotions get lodged in your body they have the potential to cause emotional and physical pain. The more trapped emotions and imbalances that you remove from your body the healthier you become.

As a Certified Emotion Code, Body Code & Belief Code Practitioner, I work with your subconscious mind to find and release energetic imbalances contributing to the issues or patterns you come to me for.

The subconscious mind is like a super computer that knows exactly what imbalances contribute to our suffering & what we need in order to heal.

 We can also determine the circumstances that created the imbalance, which shines light on past events that have not been not fully processed.   

One of my trainings is in releasing Agreements that have been subconsciously put in place either in this lifetime or other lifetimes.

Example: a Vow of Poverty that keeps someone stuck in guilt for having or wanting 'more than enough. Or an Oath of Sickness that keeps someone from health & vitality, and states of illness.

What is a Heart Wall?

A heart wall is a wall of emotional energy around your heart. Our subconscious mind creates a Heart-Wall during overwhelming or traumatic events in our life as a protective barrier against emotional pain.

A Heart Wall may cause you to feel disconnected from others, lonely, sad, anxious or unmotivated. It can also make it difficult to give and receive love.

It is estimated that 93% of people have a heart wall.

SYMPTOMS:

  • Physical pain or discomfort in the heart organ

  • Neck & Shoulder discomfort

  • Feeling disconnected from others (or from life)

  • You often feel lonely, sad, abandoned, insecure, lost, rejected, unmotivated, or like your efforts are never enough.

  • Never having been in a serious relationship, or able to open up to someone. A deep state of protection.
